2027 Vendor Application Is Open!

All contracts are sent to prior vendors/exhibitors with a response date by mid-November.

New applicants, that are not duplicates of products already contracted, will be contacted when a space becomes available. There is a waiting list so make sure your information is complete.

BEFORE YOU APPLY, THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT OUR EVENT --

Our Fair is a 10-day event beginning the last Friday in February each year.
Our 2026 paid attendance was approximately 80,000.
We are an agriculturally based Fair with heavy youth participation.
There are many gate specials that are popular with surrounding communities, and our midway is Strate's Shows.
Our vendors and exhibitors have first refusal each year and most return.
Space is limited but we keep a waiting list should there be a cancellation. Please send us information about your stand so we can add you to our database.
