The youth of St. Lucie County are our most valued assets! The St Lucie County Fair Association and its Livestock Committee are proud to showcase our youth exhibitors and their projects. This annual event during the fair is one of the biggest on the Treasure Coast due to our sponsors and buyers.
All sales are due in full at the time of the St. Lucie County Fair Association Market Swine Sale and Market Steer Sale. Unless arrangements have been made prior to sale with Livestock Desk. Checks for the resale of any project donated back must be made out to the designated 501-3C organization of that donated sale and given directly to that organization.
Please follow these instructions to register as a buyer for the sale:
1. Register through the provided link to become a buyer/sponsor or call fair office at 772-464-2910.
2. Pick up your packet with your designated buyer number at the registration table at the back of the Show Arena. If needed, you can also register at the table if you have not done so or have brought a potential new buyer with you.
3. Designate one buyer for the collection of all funds at the me of sale when four or more buyers are on a single purchase.
The St Lucie County Fair Association Steer and Swine Sales are terminal sale events. All market livestock
projects go to a harvesting facility and/or to a licensed contracted facility with the St Lucie County Fair
Association. A cut and wrap sheet will be provided to the buyer immediately following the sale from the licensed facility contracted with the St Lucie County Fair Association.
We are asking that all buyers register this year. However, if you haven’t registered and decide you would like to participate in the auction, just raise your hand high to get the attention of the bid takers in the sale ring. No buyers will be turned away if you did not register.
Currently, this portal is not available for Add-On’s. If you would like to do an Add-On before the date of the sale, please email Livestock@stluciecountyfair.org. Payment will be accepted at the time of the Add-On.
We ask that all Add-On’s done on the night of sale be paid for that night as this is easier on the staff for invoicing.
