The St Lucie County Fair Association Youth Market Animal Auction is defined as a terminal sale event. All market livestock projects go to slaughter and/or directly to a licensed contracted livestock facility for slaughter.

All buyers from the previous year are pre-registered. Please make sure all contact information is current!

Add-Ons must be received and paid for by the FRIDAY after sale date.
Buyers will have 1 hour to complete their online Add-Ons.

ALL Swine buyers are allowed ONE cut sheet per sale. If there are two or more swine buyers, please designate one buyer to fill out.

All Steer Buyers with two or more buyers are only allowed TWO cut and wrap sheets.

The youth of St. Lucie County are our most valued assets!
The St. Lucie County Fair Association and its Livestock Committee are proud to showcase our youth exhibitors and their projects. This annual event during the fair is one of the biggest on the Treasure Coast due to our sponsors and buyers!

We are asking that all buyers register this year. However, if you haven’t registered and decide you would like to participate in the auction, just raise your hand high to get the attention of the bid takers in the sale ring. No buyers will be turned away if you did not register, but you must fill out all current contact information at the checkout table!

1. REGISTER

To register as a buyer....

Please follow these instructions to register as a buyer for the sale:

1. Register through the provided link to become a buyer/sponsor or call the Livestock Desk at 772-464-2910.

- When signing back into your account your Buyers ID is your password, unless the buyer changes it.
(Please use correct spelling of company name with the best contact information phone, address, etc.)

2. Pick up your designated buyer number at the registration table at the back of the Show Arena. If needed, you can also register at the table if you have not done so or have brought a potential new buyer with you. Registration table will close when the sale starts.

3. Designate one buyer for the collection of all funds at the time of sale when four or more buyers are on a single purchase.

Market Swine Sale - Sunday, February 28, 2026 @ 4:00pm

Market Steer Sale – Wednesday, March 3, 2026 @ 7:00pm

All sales are due in full at the time of the St. Lucie County Fair Association Market Swine Sale and Market Steer Sale. Unless arrangements have been made prior to sale with Livestock Desk (ALL payments must be received the Friday after the sale date. Checks for the resale of any project donated back must be made out to the designated 501-3C organization of that donated sale and given directly to that organization.

The St Lucie County Fair Association Steer and Swine Sales are terminal sale events. All market livestock

projects go to a harvesting facility and/or to a licensed contracted facility with the St Lucie County Fair

Association.

2. FILL OUT YOUR CUT SHEET

A cut and wrap sheet will be provided to the buyer immediately following the sale from the licensed facility contracted with the St Lucie County Fair Association OR you may fill out your cut and wrap sheet prior to the sale!

3. Add-Ons

Add-Ons must be received and paid for by the FRIDAY after sale date.
Buyers will have 1 hour to complete their online Add-Ons.
Add-Ons will be online this year. Add-ons must be paid for once received.

Once you register online you will be able to complete your online add-ons!
We ask that all Add-On’s done on the night of sale be paid for that night as this is easier on the staff for invoicing.
