Ages 4-9. All children must be signed in with a parent at the announcers stand. An insurance waiver must be signed. There is a $5 entry fee for all participants. All children must wear approved safety helmets. Bicycle helmet will pass. If a child gets out of the power wheel during the event, that child is out of the event. 2 balloons will be furnished and attached to the front and back of the power wheel. When the child’s balloons are both popped, they will be eliminated from the derby. The winner will be the last child with a balloon still inflated and attached.
