CITRUS, FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Division 1 - Peewee – under 8 years of age
Division 2 – Youth – Junior - 8 to 12 years of age
Division 3 – Youth – Senior – 13 to 18 years of age (Must be in K-12 School) Division 4 – Adult – age 19 and up
Division 5 – Commercial Division 6 – Clubs Fruits, Vegetables and Citrus is open to males and females.

1. All entries will be accepted on Thursday, February 25 th, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
2. Commercial entries will be judged separately.
3. All entries must be registered on-line prior to bringing to Fairgrounds, to expedite the process. Please make sure to enter all your information correctly and bring registration form with the QR Code on it with you along with your entry(ies).
4. All entries must be ripe and disease free.
5. Non-Commercial entries may be washed, but NOT waxed, oiled or polished with and additive.
6. Entries may be removed at the discretion of Fair management (if over ripe, has bugs, etc.)
7. The decision of the judge is final.

2021 St Lucie County Fair Premium Book YOUTH CRAFTS AND CERAMICS GENERAL RULES
The St. Lucie County Fair Association, Inc. will take every precaution to protect exhibits, however its officers or agents cannot be responsible for accident, loss or damage. The Fair Association reserves the right to display or not display an item.
All items must be picked up on Monday, March 8, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM or Tuesday March 9, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The St. Lucie County Fair Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any items left after Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Entries will be accepted at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds, in the Home Arts Building on Saturday, February 6 th and Sunday, February 7th, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM both days. This registration is for all quilts and craft items. All articles must be clean and must be the handiwork of the exhibitor. Entries previously exhibited at the St Lucie County Fair will NOT be accepted. There are NO entry fees. All entries must be registered on-line prior to bringing to Fairgrounds, to expedite the process. Please make sure to enter all your information correctly and bring registration form with the QR Code on it with you. The number of entries per exhibitor will be limited to three (3). ALL Lego projects MUST be attached to a hard surface, preferable wood, but NOT heavy cardboard. Oversized items (larger than 3 feet by 3 feet), other than quilts, must have prior approval before entry. All items must be picked up on Monday, March 8 th, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM or Tuesday, March 9 th , between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 3. Veggie Wars - Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
4. All plants and flowers must be cleaned, trimmed and free from scale and other diseases.
5. All plants must be in proper container and pots must be clean. 6. Mulch and exhibit shelves will be provided.
7. Entries will be judged on originality, design and quality.
8. If a specimen is of unusual size or container is larger than a 5-gallon pot, arrangement can be made with the Fair Office by calling 772-464-2910.
9. All exhibits must be picked up on Monday, March 8, 2021, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
10. The decision of the judges is final.
11. There is no entry fee.
