eTicket FAQ

The St Lucie County Fair uses electronic tickets and vouchers for advanced sale adult, child, armband, Mega Pass, and season passes. Electronic tickets are available for advance purchases through our web store and for phone or in person orders. Electronic tickets and vouchers are labeled eTicket or eVoucher in the ticket name.

Our eTickets and eVouchers are printable immediately after your order is completed. eTickets and eVouchers are also reprintable by going to the My Account section of our web store and viewing your order details. We strongly recommend not purchasing tickets for anyone but your immediate family!

To help make your gate entry experience as easy as possible please review our recommended ticket protection procedures. Most tickets can only be used once, after a ticket has been scanned it will show as used in our system and our gate staff will not be able to allow a second use for any reason. Please protect your tickets from fraudulent use.

  • Do not share your account password or emails with anyone.
  • Do not print more than one copy of tickets or share eticket emails with others.
  • Do not purchase tickets for friends or non-immediate family
  • Make sure you have your photo ID in case you need our assistance. To access an order the person who placed it must be present and must show photo ID.
  • If you believe your etickets have been stolen you must contact us before they are used! Once tickets have been used we will no longer be able to issue replacements.

 

Q: How do I know if it is an electronic ticket?
A: All tickets sold on our website are electronic tickets.
Q: When will I receive my electronic tickets?
A: You will be able to immediately print your tickets after your order is completed or you will receive them via email.
Q: Can I show the ticket taker the eTicket or eVoucher on my phone and not print the tickets?
A: Yes!  You can show the eTicket email and our ticket taker can scan the tickets from your phone.
Q: I purchased by tickets over the phone or in person can I reprint them?
A: Yes, if you purchased eTickets/eVouchers by phone or in person you can still reprint them! Simply go to our eStore, click login at the top, and click forgot password and complete the password reset procedure to access your order.
Q: I am giving some of the tickets to friends what should I do?
A: We strongly recommend only purchasing tickets for immediate family, if your friends have issues using their tickets we will not be able to assist them.  Please print the tickets first we do not recommend allowing anyone else to access your account at our eStore.  Please do not reprint the tickets as each barcoded ticket may be used only 1 time, no exceptions will be made.
Q: I will not use all of the tickets at in one visit what should I do?
A: Simply keep the unused tickets for later use.  Please do not reprint the tickets as each barcoded ticket may be used only 1 time, no exceptions will be made.
Q: Can I use a ticket or voucher more than once?
A: Each barcoded ticket or voucher may be used only once, no exceptions will be made.
Q: I purchased an adult or child admission what do I do with the eTicket?
A: Your printed adult or child eTicket may be brought directly to one of our ticket takers at the front gate, there is no need to stop at a ticket window.
Q: I purchased a Mega Pass what do I do with the eVoucher?
A: Please visit our Mega Pass page for additional information about the Mega Pass including how to use it.
Q: I purchased a Season Pass what do I do with the eTicket?
A: Your printed Season Pass eTicket may be brought directly to one of our ticket takers at the front gate, there is no need to stop at a ticket window. If your eTicket becomes un-scannable from use during the fair it will need to be reprinted, you will not be issued a hard ticket.
Q: I purchased a Unlimited Ride Armband what do I do with the eVoucher?
A: The unlimited ride armband voucher does not include gate admission so you will need an adult or child ticket for admission to the fair. Once inside the fair please proceed to our Advanced Armband booth directly in front of the front gate to redeem your voucher and receive your armband. Please be aware the Advanced Armband Voucher does not include gate admission, separate admission must be purchased.
