2010 Mailing List Contest Terms and Conditions

The St. Lucie County Fair shall award the prizes listed below to the winner who shall be determined at random from the then active subscribers to the Newsletter and Promotional Email Service and the Promotional Text Messaging Service.  The staff of the St. Lucie County Fair Association who perform the random drawing shall be the sole arbiters of the winner.  The deactivation of a winner's subscription from either service after the notification of having won a prize shall not affect the delivery of said prize.  All contestants shall be at least 18 years of age or older.  The winner shall provide a valid State or Federal ID card showing proof of age at the request of the St. Lucie County Fair, the name on said ID card shall also be required to match the name used when signing up for our Newsletter and Promotional Email Service or Promotional Text Messaging Service.  Previous winners shall not be eligible for future drawings in the same overall contest.  A maximum of two entries will be accepted per person, one entry from a valid subscription to our Newsletter and Promotional Email Service, and one entry from a valid subscription to our Promotional Text Messaging Service.  Duplicate entries shall be removed from the database.  The St. Lucie County Fair will conduct one drawing for every 50 subscriptions, the prize shall be 2 Gate Admission tickets; one drawing for every 100 subscriptions, the prize shall be 1 Mega Pass; and one drawing for every 300 subscription, the prize shall be 2 Mega Passes.  The drawing shall be held on Friday, February 12, 2010 and winners shall be notified by email no later than Monday, February 15, 2010.  The Saint Lucie County Fair Association is not responsible for undelivered emails.  All entries must be made prior to midnight on Thursday, February 11, 2010 to be eligible for the drawing.  No purchase is necessary for entry, prizes have no actual cash value and are not exchangeable.  The St. Lucie County Fair may update these terms and conditions from time to time, any updates will be posted on this page and on our Terms and Conditions under 2010 Mailing List Contest Terms and Conditions along with the modification date.


Promotional Text Messaging Service Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our Promotional Text Messaging Service you are consenting to the following terms and conditions of the Saint Lucie County Fair's Promotional Text Messaging Service (PTMS).  You understand that you may request to be removed from our list at any time by returning to this page and filling out and submitting  the PTMS removal request form or following the instructions contained at the bottom of the text message (if any).  You also understand that any removal requests may take up to 15 days to be completed.  You understand that while the St. Lucie County Fair offers this service for free you may incur text messaging charges from your wireless carrier for which you are solely responsible for paying.  The St. Lucie County Fair is also not responsible for any delays in delivery of promotional messages which cause the expiration of the offer contained therein.  The St. Lucie County Fair may update these terms and conditions from time to time, any updates will be posted on this page and on our Terms and Conditions under Promotional Test Messaging Service along with the modification date.  At times the St. Lucie County Fair may offer drawings or contests related to signing up for this service or through the messages you receive from this service, if you are signing up for such a contest or drawing you also agree to be bound by our 2010 Mailing List Contest Terms and Conditions located here.


Newsletter and Promotional Email Service Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our Newsletter and Promotional Email Service you are consenting to the following terms and conditions of the Saint Lucie County Fair's Newsletter and Promotional Email Service (NPES).  You understand that you may request to be removed from our list at any time by returning to this page and filling out and submitting  the NPES removal request form or following the instructions contained at the bottom of our newsletters and special offer emails.  You also understand that any removal requests may take up to 30 days to be completed.  The St. Lucie County Fair is also not responsible for any delays in delivery of promotional messages which cause the expiration of the offer contained therein.  The St. Lucie County Fair may update these terms and conditions from time to time, any updates will be posted on this page and on our Terms and Conditions under Newsletter and Promotional Email Service along with the modification date.  At times the St. Lucie County Fair may offer drawings or contests related to signing up for this service or through links in the emails you receive from this service, if you are signing up for such a contest or drawing you also agree to be bound by our 2010 Mailing List Contest Terms and Conditions located here.
